“Individuals in Groups"
In “Individuals in Groups” Carol Tavris”
says that individuals are less likely to help others when they are in a group.
Individual when they are in groups always think that somebody
else are responsible to come helping others. A study determined that seventy
percent of those who where alone reacted to the accident compared with only 40
percent of those who were in groups. Well, that individuals help more
that when they are in a group because individual became more sensitive, smart and react faster.
One of the reason is that people are afraid
to lose their lives or hurt themselves while
are helping others. However, we need always to help others so, we can
create a good society.
Second reason is that individuals
reaction faster because being alone think is their own responsibility and they don’t
want feel guilty in a accident and don’t help somebody.
In that moment he
never thought in himself, just he wanted to save one life. In the other hand, in the same time it was a lot of people together waiting the train and nobody moved. This action taught us the help some one make us very important as a hero and we can create aware in the society.
When people are alone act faster and they are more helper that people are in a group. People in a group delegate responsibilities to the other person because they think people close to them should do. We should help someone and with this action we can create a good society and save life's .
